Commercial Use License

Digital commercial license only. No physical product will be shipped.

For Print-on-Demand (POD) and Handmade Production
A Commercial License allows you to use one Love & Beaches artwork to create and sell physical products made through Print-on-Demand services (Printify, Printful, Gelato, etc.) or with your own equipment.

A Commercial License applies to physical products only. Digital products are never permitted.

Artworks Eligible for Licensing
All Love & Beaches artworks are eligible for commercial licensing.

License Tiers
STARTER — 200 units
GROWTH — 500 units
PRO — 2,000 units

Each finished physical product sold counts as one unit.

Licenses may be re-purchased (“stacked”) for the same artwork until combined units reach 10,000. Production above 10,000 requires written approval.

Permitted with a Commercial License

• Create and sell physical products (mugs, t-shirts, wall art, cards, totes, etc.)

• Manufacture products using POD services or your own equipment

• Place the artwork over a base layer (pattern, texture, or solid-color background) to fit product dimensions for journal covers, mug wraps, phone cases, etc.
  

• Proportionally resize and reposition the artwork as long as it remains intact and visually dominant

• Use flattened files only for creating and listing your own physical products — never for redistribution or sharing

Not Permitted with a Commercial License

• Creating scrapbook paper of any kind (digital or printed)

• Selling, sharing, or redistributing the artwork in any digital format

• Cropping, altering, or editing the artwork in any way (resizing is permitted)

• Adding text, graphics, shapes, icons, illustrations, patterns, or other design elements on top of the artwork
  

• Removing, hiding, fading, cropping, or modifying the Love & Beaches signature
  

• Claiming the artwork as your own

License Activation
A Commercial License becomes active only when paired with a purchased Love & Beaches artwork.

Love & Beaches retains all rights and copyrights to the artwork. A license grants usage rights only.
