Purchasing or downloading any Love & Beaches digital art does not transfer copyright ownership.
Personal Use License
When you purchase digital art from Love & Beaches, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license.
You may:

Print the files for your own personal use (scrapbooks, crafts, wall art, gifts, and more)

Save the files on your personal device for your use only

Upload the artwork to print-on-demand services only for personal projects (such as gifts or items for yourself), never for resale or commercial use.
Personal Use Not Permitted
You may not:

Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any form

Claim artwork as your own

Use the artwork in any product for sale or commercial distribution
Commercial Licensing
If you plan to use Love & Beaches artwork in products for sale, a separate Commercial License is required.

Refund Policy

All Love & Beaches products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your file (such as a corrupted file or incomplete download), please contact me within 7 days of purchase and include your order number from your confirmation email. I will resend or replace the file.
