💻 Ordering & Delivery
Q: How do I receive my digital files?
A: After checkout, you will receive an email directly from Shopify with secure download links. Click the link to download and save your files to your device.
Q: How many times can I download my files?
Each purchase includes up to 5 downloads per file. There is no time limit on your download access.
Q: I didn’t get my download link. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, contact me through the Contact Page and I will resend your files.
Q: Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
A: Due to the nature of digital artwork, all sales are final. Please review the Terms of Use & Refunds page for full details.
Q: Will I receive anything in the mail?
A: All Love & Beaches artwork is delivered as digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.

Q: What file format will I receive?
A: Artwork is delivered as high-resolution 12x12-inch JPG files, 300 dpi, RGB color mode. If you purchase a Commercial License, it will be delivered as a PDF.
Q: Can I print the files at home or at a print shop?
A: Yes. All Love & Beaches artwork is high resolution and ready to print from your home printer or any professional print service.
Q: Can I use these files for commercial projects?
A: Love & Beaches artwork is for personal use only and can’t be resold, shared, or used commercially without a separate Commercial License. See the Commercial License page for full details.
🎨 Artwork Policy
Q: Is it possible to have you change the color or edit an artwork?
A: No. Love & Beaches artwork is offered as-is and isn’t available for edits or color changes.
Q: Do you offer commission work?
A: No. I'm not available for commissions.
⚡ Troubleshooting
Q: The colors look different when printed. Why?
A: Colors may vary from screen to print depending on your monitor, printer, and paper choice. For best results, use high-quality paper and select the highest print quality available in your printer settings.
Printing Note
All Love & Beaches artwork is delivered as 12×12-inch JPGs. If your printer does not support 12×12 printing, most print settings allow you to scale the artwork to fit smaller paper sizes. Options may include Fit to Page, Actual Size, or Scale. While resizing is generally straightforward, individual printer or software support is not provided.
