Commercial License

For Print on Demand (POD) and Handmade Production

A commercial license grants permission to use Love & Beaches digital artwork for creating and selling certain physical products. It applies whether production is outsourced through a Print-on-Demand (POD) provider or done at home with personal equipment such as, but not limited to, printers, sublimation machines, cutting machines, or heat presses.

Products Covered

Signed Singles ONLY (no lightened Singles, no Bundles)

Permitted Commercial Uses

You may use signed Singles to create and sell:

• Greeting cards

• Mugs and drinkware

• T-shirts and apparel

• Gifts, accessories, and other merchandise

Exclusions: This license does not permit the use of artwork to create wall art of any kind (framed, canvas, poster, digital download, or other formats) or scrapbook paper (digital and printed sheets).

License Tiers

• STARTER 500-unit License – $60: Produce and sell up to 500 physical products.

• GROWTH 1000-unit License – $100: Produce and sell up to 1,000 physical products.

• PRO 2000-unit License – $150: Produce and sell up to 2,000 physical products.

(Units = each finished product sold, regardless of production method.)

Restrictions

• You may not claim the artwork or designs as your own creation.

• Not permitted under any license:

   - Wall art of any kind (framed, canvas, poster, digital download, or other formats)

   - Scrapbook paper (digital or printed sheets)

   - Bundles or lightened Singles

• You may not remove, obscure, or alter the Love & Beaches digital signature on licensed single artwork. The signature must remain clearly visible on all products.

• Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or offered in digital form.

• You may renew licenses as needed, but once total production across all licenses reaches 10,000 units, you must contact Love & Beaches to discuss a custom licensing arrangement.
